材料:
消化餅乾 6塊
牛油 38克
忌廉芝士(室溫) 250克
淡忌廉 200毫升
魚膠粉 10克
冷水 40毫升
糖 50克

1 個6吋蛋糕草莓果醬份量:
草莓 400克
糖 100克
檸檬汁 1湯匙

1 個6吋蛋糕藍莓果醬份量:
藍莓 300克
糖 100克
檸檬汁 1湯匙

Makes one 6-inch cheesecake
Ingredients:
Digestive Biscuits 6 pieces
Butter 38g
Cream Cheese (Softened) 250g
Whipping Cream 200ml
Gelatin 10g
Cold water 40ml
Sugar 50g

Strawberry Jam for a 6-inch cake:
Strawberries 400g
Sugar 100g
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Blueberry Jam for a 6-inch cake:
Blueberries 300g
Sugar 100g
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
